Three of our local martial artist, Andrea So, Amy Tran and Austin Tang will represent USA at the 5th World Kuo Shu Federation Championship Tournament, to take place September 25-27 in Argentina.
They obtained this amazing opportunity to the elite spots in the National Team by winning 1st places in their respective competitive divisions at the International Kuo Shu Tournament, held July 25-26 in Baltimore, MD.
Let’s show them support and help them complete the journey by contributing to the “gofundme campaign”

Congratulations to all the competitors who participated in the 2015 United States International Kuo Shu Championship Tournament! Our school did an incredible job and brought home many medals and 3 championship awards this year. Our students, spanning many ages and backgrounds, participated in many divisions from open hand forms to weapons to tai chi, light contact sparring, and lei tai and demonstrated a culmination of hard work and dedication. We owe a big amount of thanks to all parents involved in this tournament from driving students, transporting weapons, and showing support during many hours of practices and competition. We also could not have done it without all the assistants’ work and help in training younger students.
This year, we brought back Team Adult Forms and Weapons Championship award, Team Youth Forms and Weapons Championship award, and overall Grand Championship award. Please check out our gallery for more photos.
School is closed on Friday and Sunday (July 24 and July 26) due to the Kuoshu Tournament. Thank you for your understanding and support.
