6-Week Women's Self-Defense Program
Class meets once a week on Thursday starting January 10th
Morning Class from 6:15AM to 7:15AM
Evening Class from 6:00PM to 7:00PM

This fun, intensive, and empowering self-defense program is specifically developed to help women gain skills, knowledge, and confidence to defend herself in physically-challenged situations. Each Class is a great workout in itself! The Program is taught by Sifu Mai Du, one of the few female kung fu instructors in the New England Area with 20 years of martial art experience! Every session is packed with meaningful exercises and skill-practice to allow students to gain all of the followings by the end of the six weeks:
Self-Defense Techniques
Good Kicks and Punches
Reflex Skills
Core Strength & Power
Physical Flexibility & Balance
Mental and Physical Confidence!
