Policies
- Monthly Tuition is due on the 1st or 15th of the month, depending
on when you started your first class.
- Full month dues are to be paid whether you attend 1 class or 16 classes per month.
- If you know that you will not be attending classes for a period of 14 days or more, please provide Sifu with a written notice or send an email to sifu@wahlumacademy.com so that you will not be charged for the time not attending class.
- All tuition payment is non-refundable. Pre-paid tuition can be deferred with advance notice if student must take a leave of absence for good reasons.
- There is a $15.00 fee for all returned checks.
- All weapons must be purchased through the club if you wish to learn a weapon form.
- Follow the schedule for classes and open practice times. This is to ensure that every member will receive quality time.
- When private lessons are being taught, keep noise and activity to a minimum.
